New patient referrrals are processed by our Triage RN to ensure that acuity is addressed first and that the records are complete and available on the first visit.  We use a system called Priority Consult to aid this process. Patients are contacted by phone prior to admission and asked a series of questions which help us to be fully prepared for the initial clinic visit. 

If you have questions regarding the referral process or the appropriateness of a particular referral, feel free to contact our Triage Nurse directly.  Triage is available Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5 PM.
